I'm tryingto open up an attachement on my Blackberry 8700c and it says application: Unknown (6k). Is there any application or way of findind out how to tell which application this is talking about? So I can load it and retrieve my attachement.
I can open photos and excel and jpgs, but this says unknown.
it is an ecrypted email that opens the email, but the attachement won't open. says unknown application.
opens fine from the desktop.
the person that sent it to me says if it works on the desktop it should open on the bb.
If I don't figure this out shortly I will have to kill the device and reload.
It opens on other BB devices.
