My HK variant of the K2 hasn't received an update since the Sept 5th patch. I guess by tomorrow, it will not be compliant under the 90 day update requirement under AER rules.

Does that mean that my employer could potentially remove my device from the BYOD program?

Only Google decides what remains compliant. As of now, even the KEYᵒⁿᵉ is still listed.

    And still listed today....

Does mention that Security updated ended April of 2019.... so I guess they never remove a device from the list.
