I have a new BES server, connected to an exchange 2007 server that is use for hosting multiple domains. The address books have there permissions set so users of a domain can only see there own domain users, not other domains. However this seems to be preventing BES from working, when you try and setup the MAPI profile, you get the error :
The name cannot be resolved, the name could not be matched to a name inthe address list.
Does anyone know what permisisons, to what address book(s) BES needs to work.
The BES service account (BESAdmin) needs to be able to find its own name in the GAL. It also needs to be able to find every BB user in the GAL as well. The BESAdmin should be a member of a domain that is trusted with all other domains.
