    Hi.
I just updated my Q5 to the latest OS version, 10.2, two days ago and I noticed that when I am connected to 3G (mobile data on) the wi-fi doesn't work. It connects to wi-fi only when i set mobile data off. So, I understand that wi-fi is no longer preferred over mobile data. Why? Is it a bug or an option? I mention that I have never had any problem on BB 10.1.
This is very annoying and I'm looking forward to solve this problem. Please do reply to my post if you have similar problems or a solution to what i am facing.

Welcome to CrackBerry! Sorry to hear about your problem. Have you tried power cycling (pressing and holding the two volume rockers on the side until the blue squircle shows up), wait for a good 5 minutes then use it again?

I don't think it's a hardware issue. This started happening imediately after upgrading to 10.2. I will do a factory reset later, when i'll be home. Thank you.

I have noticed the same issue, it must be software, possibly in certain countries.

I have no Problems on the Rogers network in Canada but I am in India with an Airtel SIM and it defaults to use the mobile data over the Wifi.

The workaround to this is to turn off the Mobile data when connected to Wifi then it will connect to wifi with its data. Obviously this means when you disconnect wifi u must re-enable the mobile data.

Factory reset or reboot won't do anything, this is a glitch that needs to be fixed.

I didn't do any factory reset because I noticed that this issue only happens with my wi-fi home network. The phone is not mine, it's my girfriend's. At her home it happens no issue or at other places with wi-fi networks. Only at my place. Anyway, before the 10.2 update wasn't any problem with my home wi-fi though.
