a few days ago, I got into a huge rainstorm with my BB in my pocket. After 3 hours, it was soaking wet. When I got home, I put my blackberry in rice. I've waited 5 days, and now the touch screen isn't working. The phone starts up normally, but when I touch the screen it just does not respond. So I thought maybe if I restored it to factory settings it could possibly help.. But now I can't turn my phone off. When I hold down the power button, it goes off and immediately turns on again (like a reboot). Holding down the volume keys doest the same thing.. Blackberry Link doesn't see my phone, so I can't really do anything with that.
    Can anyone help me?

After what you describe, I can't imagine you have a software issue.

Go to a blackberry store and get it repaired or try opening the hatch by placing an ice cream stick in the speaker.. and let it dry
