    Was getting ready to send a text to a person I text to all the time. Somehow I got into mms screen. Tried to leave the mms screen and it would not let me do it immediately. When it did it went back to the text msg page. Would not let me read any new texts on their own pages, and would not let me send anything. The only way to leave the page was to minimize it. To get back to the text msg page was to go to the main page with all the icons, touch the "text" icon. I'm really frustrated. I have tried restarting - but with no luck.

    Try a hard reset by holding the volume up and down buttons until you see the loading circle,
