    I have q5, 4 days ago rhs of screen stopped working, 2 days ago whole screen went. tried pressing power 3 times but cant select continue or cancel on screen, tried vol up and down same time for reboot, no effect... can anyone please help?

    Do you have link installed? Does it see the phone?

    As the comment about me has suggested, plug your device into BlackBerry Link, and see if you can factory reset or simply restart the phone from there.

    If the device is not recognised by BlackBerry link then we know it's a more serious issue. As the moment, it looks like a simple software bug with the touch sensors
