[CrackBerry Question]

I just upgraded my BB-Q5 to the latest OS and wiped my BB to make my BB run smoothly but after that action i can't recieve anything from bluetooth, it appear notification that "transfer interrupted", but i can send file from my my BB succesfuly (the problem is just about recieving files from paired device/other device), what should i do to fix this? please help me to solve my problem with your step per step action advice.

Are you referring to media streaming or data transfer?
If it's media connection on a new upgrade try a device reboot --try a long press on power button until boot screen appears--may need to hold up to 20 seconds but first DELETE any stored connections in bluetooth. Reboot device. Try to re-pair phone with device again.

Guess what? My Z3 has the same thing! The solution is very simple. Before receiving files you need to establish a connection from your BB. In Bluetooth settings, tap whatever device you're going to be receiving files from. Once "connected" appears underneath it in green, try again.

1. Pair the other device ( settings > network & connection > bluetooth > ON > search other phone > click name > press ok if pass code is same on both device )
2. Then receive the file.

The OP mentioned the device was already paired.
