    When using PhoneTap app, some conversations are not fully getting recorded. I am using a BlackBerry Q5. The app is set up to record automatically.

    I'm not familiar with this particular app.. does it maybe have a time limit on recordings? perhaps a time limit in the free version with an option to upgdrade for full usage?

    Email the developer from the overflow button on the right hand side and they will guide you better/give a (quicker) solution.
