    Hi there,

    my Q5 turns the screen randomly off, then reboots to 46%, then turns the screen off and so on. What's wrong?
    Sometimes it finishes booting to 100%, and i can enter my pin - seconds later the screen turns off again and the device tries to reboot again.

    I already tried to reinstall the os (wipe everything), when i was able to boot into os, but no success. I have the feeling, that this occured first after the last update ota, but i'm not sure.

    Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

    well if this occurred after the last OS update, you need to download another OS and LOAD it manually....never mind wiping...just RELOAD an OS and start over.
