Hi,
I'm having an issue with friends trying to send me a text message. I'll get a message on my Q5 that says:
You have a message awaiting retrieval. Click the button below to download it.
Button: Download Now.
However when I click the Download Now button-nothing happens and the message pops up again. I'm on Rogers on a Q5. Anyone else have this issue? And how was it resolved?

I have occasionally got this issue and it either goes away, or -- if persistent -- called my carrier which sorted.

Also, try a reboot or a "hard reset". (Not a wipe!)

It just recently happened only once from a friend who uses an iPhone. It only happened yesterday actually. So far it's not a problem.
