    Using Link to backup should preserve most data. Some apps may lose their data. Sometimes other issues arise but overall Link is very good.

    If you're updating OTA as for when 10.3.1 officially drops then your data is safe..
    A downgrade back to 10.2.1 however should delete everything I believe.

    it will stay in tact if you will use Blitz method.
