*facepalm* you are smart enough to use a forum but not able to do a simple Google search? Z3 uses an adreno 305

Anyway as to your question about performance, developers usually go for the lowest common denominator, and I doubt there will be much gaming support in the near future as BlackBerry is moving away from the consumer market for the time being.
So games should be visually identical on both the z10 and z3, but there is a chance the frame rates might be better on the z3 due to the lower resolution.

Good luck finding any visually intensive games for the q5, they don't seem to support the square screen.
