As I have posted I bought a q5 on a whim on ebay and switched from my Z10 for what I thought would be a short period of geeking-out on the q. After 6 weeks I put my sim and a SD back in the Z. It lasted about 3 hours. The z felt too large in my pocket and clunky to navigate. The battery drained and the keyboard was not the dream I once thought... I thought I wanted the bigger screen but, not so much... q5 is a great phone; I'm sold (until ebay strikes again)...

Sometimes that just the way it goes. Glad you're at least enjoying one of them!
I agree. For me also. The keyboard has become more important of a factor than the large screen.

Same thing is currently happening with me and the Z30. Returning it. Keyboards4lyf!
Not me. Bought Q5 on sale, tried it today, and I don?t like having to hold all for numbers, and also siriusxm didn't display login properly. Sticking with Z10.
I do have fat fingers.

Question for Mike,
Do you hate the keyboard altogether or do you think the q20 is worth while looking at if it's keyboard is noticeably larger?
As for me, I switched over from a droid device and my finger tip started hurting shortly after. Since I do a lot of physically challenging work it may have been unrelated. However once it healed up I preferred the keyboard.
... I find the. Q a "one hand "phone while the Z requires 2 hands mostly....

I'm in love with flick typing (oh man has it learned my style). I love the bigger screen. I don�t believe I could use keyboard phone as daily driver, but that's just me. For someone with muscle memory, they are likely still faster than me. I wouldn�t rule looking at a Q20 out, but I'm riding this Z10 until the wheels fall off.
I'm running both but hate keyboard on Z10 to many typing errors. Q5 is more like an old fashioned BlackBerry that we know and love but sorry Z10 is a far superior phone. PS this message sent from Q5 would have took me all night on Z10. Love em both

I've had my Z30 since November, and while it is by far the best smartphone I've ever owned, I find myself typing out words in their entirety on the virtual keyboard rather than flicking up to complete the words. Whenever I try flick-to-type, it always ends up being slower because I have to take time to make sure the word is the one I want to use.
For this reason I think I would do much better with a physical keyboard, and I am very interested in learning more about the Q20.
