Here's what you do...

Go to APKMIRROR.COM. All the latest versions of apps from devs and companies are there. Search for Viber.

Your search will result in multiple versions. Choose the latest version but also click on the Info button beside the app. Read the description and make sure the version of the app runs on anything Android 4.3 or less (which is the BlackBerry runtime). If it meets the criteria just download and install it, and you shouldn't have any problems running it. Just know that it is an Android app running on BlackBerry.

Edit: you might have some display issues since it's running on a Q5. If so while you're in the app just swipe from the top down to get the screen resolution icon, then change your screen display.

I wouldn't use Viber on my Q5 tbh. Even when it works it's quite buggy and slow. Not the greatest experience.

I'm getting the same error on my z30.

If I use the viber 10 app from bbw it works but is very outdated.

Any android version I try either from snap or Amazon gives me that same error.

After my first post to this thread I decided to install Viber just to see if I could do it. Went to APKMIRROR.COM and downloaded it. Install went fine with no issues and no errors. I didn't do any calling etc because I don't know anyone using Viber but for what it was doing at the time it seemed to be running problem free.

No matter what version I install I get the same error. The only one that works is the version in bbw.

Oh well....dont use Viber enough to really care

I downloaded Viber from the google play store on my android tablet. Copied the apk over and it installs and runs fine on the Q5.

One of the factors I've noticed is that Viber seems to do better with more recent builds of 10.3.2. 10.3.2.2339 will auto-enter the activation code for you.
