    I got this error: www.bberror.com/bb10-0015.

    Whenever I tried connecting my phone to my PC (Windows 10), it says USB device not recognized. I have also tried using the autoloader but my phone is still unrecognized. Can anybody help me?

    Have you installed LINK on your PC? Part of the BlackBerry software package are the BB10 Drivers for Windows. If so, uninstall, reboot, reinstall.

    Then try the autoloader.

    I have link on my PC but it still won't recognized my phone. I also tried using the autoloader but it didn't work.

    As Dunt says, looks like your USB driver has gone bad. Uninstall Link and reinstall, see if that fixes it? Also try another cable, and another USB port (preferably a BB cable, and one of the USB ports on the rear of your PC, if it's a desktop.
