There are certain updates(according to the carrier complany) that is updating on my Q5 and as a result there are charges to my cell phone account. The package deal I have with the carrier is to include the BBM service(free). Has anyone ever experienced this or is there a way to delete the applications that can be updating regularly

Honestly, I am not sure what application is doing random updates. However, I was told by my service provider that the "Weather application" which is standard on the Q5 could be updating randomly and therefore my account is being charged. I was able to delete a few other applications previously but not the weather application. I also have my "data services" off and as such my BBM also does not update. The current cell phone package I am on provides that the BBM service is free and this was confirmed by the provider. Hope this helps, Thanx
