I noticed that my twitter update don't come up in the BlackBerry hub! Except I refresh manually, it will not update. I have carried out so many troubleshooting but it it wount just update. I uninstal and re instal, still the app will not update. Any help please. My os is 10.2....

Delete your account then login again it could work, but you've to do it like every 3 days, BlackBerry's twitter is awful

I've got the same thing here on 10.3.1.2072 on my Z30.
If I don't check twitter everyday, I get this...

I opened it just now, tapped on "fill in the tweets" or whatever, and there are just the most recent tweets in the last 15 minutes or so, and 2 days ago, nothing in between. I closed and reopened the app. But I'm not going to delete my account and re-add it. That's ridiculous. And no, this isn't the first time. It's been this way for quite a while.
