    i have a blackberry q5 an wont let me on it, as it just shows a blackberry icon and a compurter icon, i think it needs a new update but when i plug it into my compurter the compurter wont reconize it i need help as am stuck on what i shud do x

    That's not something I have ever heard of on a Q5. That icon, on BBOS legacy devices, indicates a connection to the PC.

    Hold the top buttom. See if it reboots. And if it does, post back what happens.
