Normally, when I watch videos on my Q5, there's a degree of black bordering around it (partly because of the screen and the ratio of the image) I'm fine with the black bars, and if not, then the option to minimize them can be sorted in zoom. But of recent, I've stopped seeing them, as they've become transparent (i.e, apart from the actual video that's playing, I can see the other video file thumbnails, instead of the black bars....which detracts from the videos I'm trying to watch)

Anyone else had this problem (it's like a reverse 'cinema mode')

Yes, I encountered it a thousand times and it's just one of those glitches you can't fix.

Best to ignore it.
