    Hello.

So, you can't swipe down on your phone? Have you tried rebooting your device? Lots of people will tell you that battery pulls are a thing of the past and they don't work; but some battery pulls have resolved some of my glitches. However, try a simple restart and see what happens.

Have you downloaded any new updates or any leaked versions of B10? If you have, perhaps downgrading to your latest official OS might help.

    Good luck!

What steps have you already taken to take care of the issue?

    Q5?

It was only a suggestion. I get that it's an outdated one, but I sometimes pull the battery on my Q10 and glitches disappear. It can't hurt to at least give it a shot, right?

Thing is, there is no way to remove the battery without voiding your warranty.

I say hard reset. Hold the top button or the two volume rockers for ~10 seconds.
