    Just got the Q5. Trying to sync one way from my pc microsoft outlook to Q5, it is giving the following error
    CprefrencesManager: Configuration value for /Preference/Account_2_131073/DevicePin not set in TransConfig.xml for translator RImBB.

    Tried numerous time after reboots of device and PC but no luck. Can someone help please!

    Make sure you have the latest BB Link. I had trouble on my Z10 with the older version.

    There's been issues with live/outlook lately. It's not just you, a lot of users (including myself) are experiencing the sync issues. I can't even ask my mail through my desktop browser.

    Microsoft is aware of the problem.
