    This has happened to me a few times... I've plugged my phone into my computer to charge it (not logging into BlackBerry link or anything) and all my files go onto it (images, music etc) so I delete it all, and I look on my phone and it's deleted everything off my phone too...

    Is there anyway so that when you plug your phone into the computer it won't show the files on the computer? Even when I unplugged my phone, everything was still there!

    Open Link and make sure you uncheck to sync all your media files. Sounds like that's what it is doing.....
