    Hello everyone. I want to ask something. So, in my country which is Indonesia, they aren't supporting 4G LTE yet. But, in Bali, they set up some Trial 4G network for testing and promoting their Carriers. And it's still here after 3 weeks or so. Now i'm here, I want to try some 4G LTE, but when I switch to 4G & 3G, (previously it was 3G & 2G) my phone doesn't get signal coverage and show 'SIM Card Not Provisioned'. What is this? Is this because of my carriers or my Q5? Thanks. And sorry for bad english.

    Not all LTE uses the same frequencies and your Q5 may or may not have the correct one. Sounds like it does not. Also you might need a different SIM card from your provider.
