Is it possible to replace the WIFI antenna on Q5? If so, does anyone know where I can find spare parts?

I would think there might be a video on how to do this. But why do you have to replace the antenna?

Although late but I am also looking for this answer. The wifi signal strength on my Q5 is just awe-full. Can anyone post a link with pictures that how can I replace wifi antenna of this device?

It's not the antenna. The WiFi reception was VERY good using any 10.2.1.xxxx. For some reason (I am assuming to save battery life) when 10.3.1.xxxx came out, the WiFi reception has been much worse. Hang in there. I think BlackBerry is trying to find the sweet spot with reception and battery life. A later OS upgrade may make things better. The 10.3.2 versions seem to be better than the 10.3.1 versions. So keep your fingers crossed.

But I downgraded to 10.2 wifi signals were still very weak, just like 10.3.1. 10.3.2 is not available for me yet.
