    I was at around 40% battery, and my Q5 decided it wanted to turn off. When I tried to turn it back on the Red LED showed for about 1 second and then the blackberry logo appeared on the screen for around 3 seconds. Then the logo disappears and the whole procress starts again.

    Pressing or holding the on off button seems to do nothing, and it continues on its loop.

    I tried plugging it in to a pc, but it just connects and disconnects with the red LED turing on and off. No blackberry logo is displayed.

    If anyone can help that would be amazing!

    My Q5 did something like that about a month after I got it. Brought it back to my service provider (koodo) and they shipped in in for repair. I think it ended up just getting replaced.
