    Ouch! Two hours?

Flicked on my Z30 or crushed on my Q5!

Yup, also, if anyone wanted to see the q5 without the cover, there it is. Surprisingly easy to take off too. Pictures taken with the z30

The battery is not soldered in, but it's not meant for user replacement.

I took my Q5 apart last week (swapped a black case for a red one) and found the battery is connected via a snap-in connector. It's some kind of special tiny flat connector. You can sort of see it in this picture:

    Cheers!

I had a BlackBerry Torch 9800 that stood up to two weeks in the snow and rain!

I went out sledding and I didn't think I brought my phone with me. It was actually in the pocket of my coat, which was left open. While I was sledding it must have fallen out. Two weeks later after all the snow had melted, an elementary school student (the sledding hill was behind the school) found it and brought the phone over to their house and gave it to their parents who then took the phone to my local police department. They plugged it in (or it might have still had battery, I don't know!), booted it up, and went in my contacts to call the house.

Sadly I had already gotten a 9900 by the time they returned it, so I turned off my Torch and it's been sitting dark in the top drawer of my dresser ever since.
