The q5 did not appear to get the 10.2 update for many places. That will come later it appears. You can load a leak if you want

Im in the UK on Three. I got the update for my Q5 I had to plug my device into BlackBerry Link to get the 10.2 update because its would not find it OTA if you cant wait for the update do it thru sachesi type in country 525 then carrier 05 then click your moddle and it shout be there but if not then I sugest you wait hope this helped

Hey. 10.2 updates for Q5 is already here for Telkomsel since few weeks ago. Just hit the check for updates button and install the software! Remember, you must have at least 1 gigs of free space on your device storage to install the 10.2. Otherwise you'll be low on memory, and it takes ages to install it.
