I'll keep it real with you Blackberry are just not that level of hustling.They are far too suit and tie by the book.Its sad to see these guys wont do the neccesary.

How is selling your main/flagship products on your company website not "suit and tie"?

I disagree. The Q5 should not be sold in the U.S. Many people developed a bad image with BlackBerry because of slower, cheaper, and overall worse Curve models because they did not purchase the high end Bold/Torch with better specs. The company is trying to ditch that hourglass/stopwatch image that they were notorious for, and bringing a phone with lower specs to such a pretentious-minded market such as the U.S. would be a bad idea.

Only the camera and body are the biggest differences. It is just a hair slower than Q10 in actual use; the experience is 99% the same. Screen is debatable. They really need the device to be available everywhere

in my opinion bb10 is an operating system that should run in touchscreen-only phones. theres too much action on the screen and switching from touchscreen to physical keyboard on any device is a bad idea. i think blackberry needs more bb10 touch-only phones, eliminate the q10 and q5, and work on the missing bb8 and bb9 (which should be available for higher-spec bb7 phones). this is the only way i see blackberry accomplishing a real comeback.

I live near a major mall and they have multiple kiosks that have the Q5. Weirdly, one was a T-Mobile kiosk... I wonder if they're selling them unlocked or something.

I'm waiting on the price to drop below $400 to get my wife the pink Q5. She loves the Curve 9360 and I will get her a Q5 from somewhere. Now we wait.
