i got my white Q5 never given me any issues but today i found that i can type in letter c and M and i locked my phone with password i have tried everything but its impossible those 2 letters are in my password and even on password reset limit where it says i have exceeded my password input is blackberry which has letter C , so i have being unable to go into my phone and check messages and stuff any facing this kind of problem???

I think you should bring your device to the carrier or whom ever sold it to you for a repair.
