    Hi, want to know how to include new mails/contacts/conversations in to the priority hub.
    And also how to remove them when the importance level falls independent of the email feature.
    Some times the options don't appear, usually an up arrow.

    If you open the menu on the right in an email, at the very top you have "Add priority". Same the other way around if it's already prioritized.
