    Just got the Q5 last week from Bestbuy as a replacement for my Q10 that's been having issues since 10.3. Been really happy with the Q5 till yesterday when the screen started randomly going in and out of menus. I deleted the 5 apps i had installed (all from blackberry world, no android apps, no snap, no amazon apps). This make the phone pretty much useless, can't even dial a phone number without it acting up. So now i have a barely usable Q10 and a useless Q5. Bestbuy has a 15 day return on cell phones which i will use to get a replacement, just wondering if anyone has any ideas. It didn't get wet, or dropped, i had a screen protector on it and removing it didn't fix it, screen is clean and did the usual power button shut downs and restarts.

    Took it back and exchanged it, never figured out the issue.
