I have a BlackBerry Q5 on Bell. I am STILL on OS 10.3.1.1865. Isn't it supposed to be updated to 10.3.2.440 like the Z10?

    In time, in time.

Non-Americans aren't pressured by any laws to update to 10.3.2, so they're waiting for the gold release (10.3.2.2xxx).

I actually got the .440 version pushed to me on my Shopblackberry Q5 last week but couldn't install it because of lack of space. After trying to install it through Link I gave up and used a .2339 autoloader which worked great. No problems so far.

10.3.2 comes with this provision, which is why American carriers have it first.

As far as I know, everyone outside the US still has 10.3.1.xxxx and this is normal. Unless you have taken matters into your own hands and used a Autoloader.

I was told by my carrier in Africa, we can expect to see the update on 11th August. So not that far away

Not quite true. I was pushed the 10.3.2.440 update 2 weeks ago on my Shop blackberry Q5. Not sure about the carriers though. I live in Canada btw.
