I have done master reset to BB Q5, Interrupted it as I didn't know It takes that much time.
Now On Turning On the phone, It says, Error of www bberror com/bb10-0015
Anyone knows something about that,, ? Do help, I'm stuck

You need to reload you O.S. via BlackBerry Link.
Hopefully you created a back-up before doing this

I don't need the backup.. I actually got it new...
Just wanted to remove the previous attached ID and enter my Own ID in it..
Can me guide how to load it via BB Link ? It doesn't attaches there -_-

Since you're happy to start from scratch, I'd grab a 10.3.1 autoloader and install that way. See the BB10 leaked OS subforum for options.

If I'm correct, just shut down you phone.
Make sure no BlackBerry device is connected to your PC.
Open up BlackBerry Link
Connect device and click on the button that says something like "Reload, or Reload OS" ( Not sure, mines in Dutch )
Leave your device till it's done
