    How to fix my BlackBerry q5 which is it is dead when the battery charge become 40% and can't turn on coz it shows no battery although when I plug in and restart it the battery will be 40%

    Sounds like the battery is toast..... Can I suggest a brand new KEYone?

    Sorry I’m late to the party...
    Had same issue. Finally realized it wasn’t my battery, but having no space left on the device. Wipe some apps, and anything else you can. I did, and it solved my problem.
