I tried blackberry link to upgrade os then after software download wh inen extracting device software my blackberry phone disconnects and show an erorr in blackberry link.
I tried many autoloaders after autoloader completed phone shows logo only please help me.

Download to PC, unzip it, plug in device, and run the autoloader.
The device will be wiped in the process.
