Hi everyone. Im new to blackberry. sorry if im asking anything wrong.

I bought q5 (SQR100-3) few days back. 10.1 is the os came with it.

I thought of updating it. So I used autoloader from "blackberry dev site" using file "BlackBerry 10.2.1 SQR100-3 Autoloader - ver.: 10.2.1.1927" .

Then all my native apps that came for 10.1 like clock, photos, video, twitter, files, box, linkedin, etc., are missing.

I tried secuity wipe, restore using bb link software, even updated to 10.3 using another autoloader from the same site. I forgot to take a backup of 10.1 while updating to 10.2 (actually thought why old apps when i get latest updates )

Now im missing those apps. Im searching for those files from 3days and got some ****ty results. Please someone help me in getting back those native apps.

I feel incomplete without those apps. Thanks in advance

Go to this thread and download autoloader for q5
You are using dev os that's why you have missing apps

If you are not developers, why you even use developers version. Even v10.3 is not official update. Just wait for official updates.

Symbian is still and always my favourite Os. Nokia 808. FilePLAY Music Player
