    After each restart of my Q5 (same for my colleagues) , the USB Mass Storage is switched OFF. Have to switch it ON ... each time
    Firmware 10.1.0.4181

    any idea ?

    It's common....Im on 10.2.1047 with the same results. I turn It back on every time.

    I myself am happily running a PP, but when I wanted to show my colleagues using a Q5 how to transfer files to their computer, using the mass storage functionality, it simply wasn't there? Any suggestions? I guess they are running the latest available (corporate vodafone germany contract) Q5 OS, def. Not a leak

    Because when it's on the phone can't access the media card. It switches it off by default so you don't run into issues.
