    How to set my Q5 to USB mass storage mode? It does not show this option when I connect the phone to my Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

    Also Blackberry link does not offer this option

    Settings - Storage and Access - USB Mass Storage on

    USB mass storage is for media cards only

    you device should show up as Z: drive or along those lines

    blackberry link but does offer you the option to open the folder itself... that works well also...
