Just three days ago I got my black Q5. Upgaded from 9900. Nice upgrade. Spent almoust all night setting new apps and getting things ready and working.

A late adopter! Welcome! I miss my red Q5 from time to time, I upgraded to a Classic and then made the jump to the Passport, which I'm using since October 2015. Wow, that's 3.5 years. The longest time I stayed on one BlackBerry model since I discovered the brand in 2009. I'm still happy with BB10 for my use case, but sometimes I miss the small form factor of the Q5. So, have fun with it! Enjoy the power of BB10!

I got a pink Q5. I actually like the look of the phone. One of these days I will put in the sim and use it in public. In the meantime. Only my black one is used.

I am running a Q5 and Classic (this device). Passport quit on me (sim suicide aka emergency calls only), so it's an e-mail device at home now.

Typed on my blackberry classic with 10.3.3-latest on freedom mobile HSPA+

Q5 a nice small phone that does all the things I need fast. I have had mine 2 years now and it's amazing how well thought out this phone is.
The short cuts, typing with one hand, how about Miracast to a projector in Play on-mode in full 1080P, iphone can't do that. Bet no one figured that one out. The Hub text e mail gmail even blackberry maps still work, you can. Get a fixed version of whatsApp. Did I mention a nice small phone a nice small screen that is less like likely to Crack. Or reader click R and a Web page turns into nice readable size with all the ads and pop out gone no hit or miss on a touch screen sending to ads that opens up and frustration , Reader will read out loud if you like.
It goes on and and works great in 2020 I love my Q5

Back to using one (avec microsd card) for a nice dumbphone for calls/text/email/podcasts/light browsing/pics. Keyone when more apps are needed but 99% of time am able to use the small but mighty Q5. Love the keyboard. Clickity clack.

I used mine over the past weekend. I remember why I stopped using much. The smaller device size and mobile OS are much harder to adjust to each time.

For me it was and I only use for CB10 on WiFi as “coffee table collection” device. The CB10 app itself won’t even show me correctly logged in and I have to uninstall/install the app. The Q5 has always lagged behind the Z3 from same era for me though so kind of not surprised. With BB10 winding down, I’ve gotten the worth I paid from the device so it’s ok.

Lol on the coffee table collection. My passport and classic slowly coming to that too. We got a lot out of these devices so what can we say?!

It was such unique and cool looking little device. I could never decide which case made it look the best.

I was still using my 2018 NIB black Q5 up until yesterday when I took the sim out for the BB10 shutdown. I love the small size of the phone.

Hopefully calls and text will still work here in Canada in 2022.

Took a picture yesterday of my Curve, my Classic and my Priv so sad.Using a Titan pocket since 3 months but this morning I made a call with my Classic and it seems to be working in Montréal.
