I jst got my q5 and I really don't understand most of d features in it..like how to download videos. I tried using the nomal browser but d video streams instead of downloading. And most of my files on the memory card aren't showing on my new fone.

You would download a video exactly like you would on a PC. Click the download link in the browser and it will work. If it doesn't, then the video is not available for download.
Have you tried rebooting your device (the card can take a few more seconds to initialize), or taking the card out and using on a PC (if the files are there, then it's simply your device not showing them for some reason)
I've noticed this occasionally happens, it depends on the site but if the movie streams that's the way the website is written.
That said I've notice in many instances on BlackBerry os7 on same websites you can often download where os 10 would just play.
On BlackBerry os 10 download a basic alternate browser like naija browser. When you click on the link the browser will be much more likely to ask you if you want to download.
Videos that other other blackberries download are often streamed on blackberry 10. Keeps wasting my data

Clicking the link will usually stream the video (really it all depends) but long pressing the button will more often than not, offer the download.
