My Blackberry Q5 was working fine, when I removed it from the charger it turned off completely and wont switch on. When I plug it into the charger the green light comes on however the screen wont switch on at all. What could be the problem and how do I fix it? I have tried the 'battery pull' by holding down the volume keys.
I had the same problem too. It sounds like you need and new battery or it short circuited. I ended up buying a new one since the repair costs are about the same.

Ps... you want to try flashing your phone with an autoloader. That may fix it too. Good luck
