How to add birthday reminder manually if he's not there in my fb friend list

I want add birthday reminder for every year periodically ( not for once) and the person is not there in my fb friend list.

How to do it?

Please help.

You can either set it up in the Calendar app manually.

Or, my favorite method, set up a Hotmail or Outlook.com account and sync your contacts there. It will automatically create and sync a birthday calendar for you.

Go into your calendar and add an event, probably fir early in the morning. Tap on the section that shows the time. There you can set the start and end time, and repeat information. Tap on Repeats, then select Every Year. Then tap and not Repetition Ends (which will appear when you select a Repeat other than 'Never'), and select how long you want the reminders to go -- Never = forever, or enter a number of years, or specific an end date.
