I just got my red Q5..and updated to OS 10.2...this is my 1st experience with BB10..when I navigate to bbworld and went to myapps and games, I tap the bbm application,but it said unavailable for this device..what's that mean?in purpose I want to see if there is an update for bbm for my Q5 because its new..there is another apps too that have the same problem like Smart Tags, and Games..I appreciate any help or explanation that come...and thank you before...sorry for my bad english I am from indonesia...

Hi!!! Welcome to Crackberry!!! I had the same problem with my Z10.

For me, the only thing that solved it was to load a newer leaked OS. If you're on the latest OS, I would suggest reloading it.

Thank you for your advice..but I am afraid of leaked OS...had bad experience b4..LOL..and I dont have any experience for reloading or something like that which I dont understand..x_x..maybe i'll wait the newer official OS OTA...
It is normal right? Nothing wrong with my device?

It's not normal, but it is not catastrophic.

You can reload the OS through BlackBerry Link. But you can wait if you don't feel comfortable. I understand, I am not as comfortable with my SGIII as I am with my Z10.
