I was doing security wipe @ 99% and I forgot to plug-in the charger. So I restart the phone and I got this message: www.bberror.com/bb10-0015. The website could not be opened.

I tried connecting my phone to my computer but it was not recognized. Could anyone help me?

Hi, that error message means that either the radio image or the main filesystem was corrupted during the failed wipe. Fear not though, you can probably get your Q5 working again with a minimum of grief. You will need a Windows PC, BlackBerry Link (to install the drivers for your phone) and a couple of hours of your life. Search this forum for 'how to use autoloader' and you will learn how (pretty simple) to download and run the appropriate autoloader for your phone, which will restore it to factory settings. Any data on the phone (rather than on the SD card) is toasted. If that is a big issue for you, try looking for how to restore your phone using Sachesi, which is non-destructive.
