Hi just bought my q5 sim free and waiting on a mini sim.

I've tried setting up my emails over wifi using 2 different wifi providers but I am still having the problems below!

I've tried to set up to hotmail accounts of which I've only managed to add one of them.

The problem is that the email account shows up in the hub with emails and then disappears. When it does show up. Most of the time there are no emails associated with the account even when I hit refresh

Can anyone. Help?

Outlook is down and has been for most of the day. They state they are working on the problem so it is not a problem with your phone or account you are trying to add. Those who are using it are in the same boat. ;-)
