They'll just re-install. Put them into a 'Do Not Use' folder is about the best you can do.

I don't believe it is possible to delete apps that came with the phone. If you tap and hold the icon, it wiggles. If there is no trash can, then you can't delete it.
there may be a way to delete the bar file but I'm sorry I don't know how to do it.
