My phone broke on my Q5. I have over 270 work contacts which I use on a daily basis. Not all of them of course but I need them all. They are not saved to my sim or micro sd. I think they're on the phone itself. HOW DO I GET MY CONTACTS... someone please help. I have a laptop i5 windose 10 if that matters.

unless you have the contacts in gmail or yahoo mail you are in trouble. Can you install a third party app to your phone to make a backup? if not then you will have to rebuild that database as far as I know. There doesn't seem to be any magic way to take info from a broken phone.

Did you ever back up your phone to your computer? If so, you could restore the back-up to another bb10 phone. The contact will show on the new phone. You could then move them, via 'copy to sim', to any other phone.

Note that any contacts you've added to the phone since the last back-up will not be restored on the new phone.
