    Hi,

I have purchased BB Q5 and I had installed the Google Maps from Snap. It works with navigation also, but the blue dot (cursor) always does not move on exact location, it misses, and then comes back. Mean to say GPS loses and then again connects, I need to ask here that if patching the Google Maps will solve the problem or is this a persistent problem in Q5 model.

    Thanks in Advance

Nothing is going to integrate with internal GPS like a native app.

As far as my experience goes gps works the same in native and android apps.
I also had problems with gps on very cloudy days and I checked gmaps as well as native.

It wouldn't make much sense imo that gps would be worse in android apps... if it has a good signal it has a good signal if not, well then not. Nothing that can be improved with software.
