    Hi there,

    I have a blackberry Q5. I am in Canada and my service provider is Koodo. My phone automatically turns itself off and I also receive blank text messages. I have updated the Blackberry 10 operating system. I don't know if it is because of that. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any words of advice? Thank you so much.

    try rebooting the device by pressing and holding both volume keys until the blue BB logo shows up. Leave the device alone for a good five minutes and try again.
